European Business Plan of the Year
Held this year at ALBA Graduate Business School at the American College of Greece, the European Business Plan of the Year competition is an annual MBA business case competition designed to encourage entrepreneurship and the creation of new ventures amongst students.
Teams are required to participate in a three minute elevator pitch, prior to a 20 minute presentation in front of a panel of judges. Six finalists are then selected to return for a second day, where they are asked to make one further 15 minute presentation in front of the judging panel.
Winners of the three main prizes are decided by the panel of judges, made up of "eminent personalities from the entrepreneurial and the business community," while the elevator pitch prize is decided by a popular vote, including both guests and judges.
